By answering the survey questions businesses will be able to know how
effective using Facebook for business purposes is. If a business invested in
Facebook Ads, will these Ads be cost effective, will they make a
difference when it comes to revenue and brand awareness or are these Ads just a
waste of money. When answering the survey businesses can know if people click
on Facebook Ads whenever they appear or people just ignore them. It is really
important for a business to know if consumers buy products online or not. Yet,
when analyzing the survey results businesses will be more knowledgeable about
whether they will be generating a high percentage of profits by using Facebook
and to what extent will other business owners create a Facebook Fan Page and
why.
